BTC-1A/B Spotting Features

From a modeling standpoint, are there any significant external features (other than the numbers) that distinguish the 350-series BTC-1A from the 600-series BTC-1B coaches?

Most of the differences I know of are interior. 300 interior lights mount on the ceiling where as the 600's lights are recessed. The 600s have a electrical cabinet, the 300s do not (electrical panel is in the vestibule, not in the passenger area).
