From Wayback Machine:

Providence 11/22/10
Worcester 1/11/10
Fairmont 11/22/10
Franklin 11/22/10
Greenbush 1/11/10
Old Colony 1/11/10
Fitchburg 11/22/10
Lowell 11/22/10
Haverhill 1/11/10
Newburyport/Rockport 11/22/10
Since my friend continues to chain smoke nonstop, she is probably an Alco.

How about early 1980's (specifically north side)? Or is that asking too much?

Just hoping to see this out of curiousity, not for any project or useful reason (in other words, don't anyone go too far out of their way to find this)

The earliest available online via archive.org are from early 1998. http://web.archive.org/web/199805072138 ... schedules/

Most schedules since then should be available via archive.org and their WAYBACK Machine.

This thread may be pertinent to your interests.

Yeah, I hit the wayback machine immediately on seeing this, but I knew it couldn't go back to the early 80s. Loved that thread you linked the first time I saw it, enjoyed revisiting it.

Northside Commuter Rail 1980 to 1983 is what I'm looking for, if anyone has it easily available. Any one of those years would work.

It's for that reason that I'm attempting to assemble a more or less complete 1998-on collection of timetables in PDF format using archive.org. Ultimately I intend to add older schedules when I come across them, but I don't have the budget to go out and purchase old copies.

Would the Sanborn library have copies of those older schedules?

If you have the means to attend the Amherst Railway Society's Model Railroad show in Springfield this year, there are likely to be several railroadiana dealers selling schedules from that era. They're not old or rare enough to be very expensive; I saw some at a recent show for 25 to 50 cents or so each, and you might even try to barter with them a little if you're looking for full sets.

Just did a search for old timetables on eBay ... saw a couple Fitchburg timetables going for $12 a pop. Didn't know they were so expensive!

(EGE, I'd gladly help you compile older timetables, if you're interested in assistance. I'm sure you have it all under control, though.)

If you happen to have anything older than 1998 that you're willing to scan, I would be very grateful

They shouldn't be. It's just that you're looking on eBay.
