Track diagram on PDF page 7 has 2 errors. All of the signals should be on the right side of the tracks in the K98 interlockings. Turnouts 3 and 5 in the junction should be 7 and 5.

It goes deeper than just those 6 employees.

The transit agency said it has taken disciplinary action against 28 people since the incident occurred, representing “nearly half of the track inspection department,” General Manager Paul J. Wiedefeld said. The department consists of about 60 people.

The disciplinary action was not limited to rank-and-file workers. At least three supervisors were fired or are in the process of being terminated, and two more are facing repercussions from the incident. Two rail superintendents were also demoted.

Good. Bye bye. And of course, Jackie Jeter claims it's all lies and "misunderstandings" and that they shouldn't be fired. I'm sure by evening, she'll be proclaiming the only reason they were fired is racism. That's the next page in the playbook she's been using forever.

Jeter said that she has spoken to two of the track workers who were terminated.

“They are confused,” she said, “because they don’t know what they’ve done wrong.”

Sitting the break room for 8 hours, then making a photo copy of the prior month's falsified report, changing the date, and signing it off as a completed inspection. And the response is "they didn't know they were doing anything wrong"

In the last week or so they replaced the site with a brand new design, which completely broke all old links. Try this: https://www.wmata.com/upload/082516_4EF ... Update.pdf. Disappointing that no effort went in to preserving all those URLs ranked in search engines, embedded in other community resources, and stored in bookmarks.

Mike Thanks for that I noticed a few other like you say in search engines. You would think they would have ensured that the URLs were preserved.

Provided the archived documents were not moved from the volumes they are stored on to others, it shouldn't be to difficult to correct the UNC paths to those volumes in the httpd.conf file on the server running the HTTP daemon.
