MetroNorth M-3's at Arch Street

I've noticed that there are some MetroNorth M-3's at Arch Street. Are these being prepared for disposal like the LIRR M-3's?

Relevant thread.

No, M3As are less worn down and are there for PTC upgrades, probably staying with the MN until a (hypothetical) future M11 order.
