This picture makes a neat Christmas card - and this picture at Northport is of converted DE30 423
which was formerly DM30 508 after its third rail gear was removed makes it more interesting.

Some LIST members think that this picture would be a nice calendar shot for a winter month - and
it could even be used as a future calendar cover photo. I agree wholeheartedly here...

With that thought I will wish everyone here at the LIRR Forum a Merry Christmas and the best for a
Happy New Year 2018!!!
