Progress, yes, but at such a terrible cost! The Jamaica images show the burden of urban expansion. The overpass at Roslyn Road show a modern but defiantly ugly exchange of design and materials. Thank God for photography!

FWIW, Going Sign Co isn't going anywhere - they're still in business, and seem to be doing quite well.

When did that sign come down at Mineola anyway? Had to be only within the last 10-15 years.
