Great footage, great camera. Only watched a few, loved that one of Ayer ending with the deer giving you the hoof stomps- his tracks! :)

The sound of those EMD's at 4:48 is awesome! Thanks for a great video that will preserve this.

Caught two trains going through the Hoosac tunnel late Saturday afternoon. 287 had an SD80MAC leading.

New England freight railroading at its very best in many respects, especially with the foliage and historic tunnel. Not only is the video spectacular but the audio is very well balanced too. Thanks so much for sharing these!

Funny you should mention that. The track work in the tunnel was apparently to raise the speed restriction from 10 mph to 25 mph. Heard the dispatcher verify it over the radio. They didn't run through faster in this case because of a problem with the switch on the East end of the tunnel, but once that is fixed (which I imagine it is by now) everything through the tunnel should be 25 mph.

The only thing better than trains at 10 MPH in 4K is trains at 5 MPH in 4K :P

Well then you'll be sadly disappointed by this video. I think they might have hit 40 at one point!

An EMD heavy SEPO works through Tewksbury on the day after the windstorm to a meet with POED at State Line.
