The article doesn't mention CSX using the Hulcher Vultures. So what are the R. J. Corman people called?

They have to build a road to get to the wreck? Whatever happened to sending equipment by rail? It's double tracked no less.

The heavy equipment from RJ Corman, sidewinder bulldozers, etc. would
have to travel long distances straddling the rails and would damage the ties
and roadbed. Some track repair material may arrive by rail or road.
