Question regarding picture of box cars from derailment, to get them out of there do they bring in a crane to re-truck them, if they are not too badly damaged? If they are pretty bad do they cut them up on site? It does not look like the NS cars in the picture are too badly damaged.

I don't know if all the box cars are salvagable. Another consideration is that they appear to be 77 ton cars rather than the 100+ton cars that are now the preferred capacity of boxcars. So receiving the salvage value from cutting up the box cars on site might be better than the net value of the box cars after repairs.
