Train frequency, Bangor-Brownville Jct

Whats the frequency of trains between Bangor and Brownville Jct? Asking for a friend who just bought a house at about the half way point. Is there a site he can monitor to anticipate the arrival of trains in his town? He's not a railfan but he's not a NIMBY either, and he has the enviable position of being able to work from home, and the ability to stop what he's doing and watch the trains go by, which I know he will do.
