Bangor & Aroostock book

Postby Cactus Jack » Wed Apr 17, 2013 12:17 pm

Can anyone recommend a good book with photos of the Bangor &Aroostock ?

Looking for more 1940's - 1970's era and not just locomotive pics.

Prefer a well rounded work of the whole railroad geographically.

Thanks

"Bangor and Aroostook" by Angier/Cleaves. Excellent history, lots of pics/maps.

Just visited the museum in Oakfield today. They have a pretty good selection of books about the B&A. Good place to visit. Open Sat and Sun 1 to 4. While there a rail inspector came through headed north.
