Does this car really have such a low speed restriction? Is there going to be switching at Pittsburgh or Philadelphia so that the "Alexander Hamilton" will be on the rear going into New York? Will the observation end be facing to the rear?We will be leaving Philadelphia's 30th St. Station at 3:05 pm on October 30, 2016 and heading for New York's Penn Station along Amtrak's Northeast Corridor. We will be on the rear end of Amtrak's Pennsylvanian as we roll at speeds up to 90mph through suburban Pennsylvania and New Jersey before plunging under the Hudson River and into Penn Station at approximately 4:50 pm.
