11% were more than 2' late; and
1% had no arrival time shown.

KANSAS CITY CORRIDOR
(W) - 66% - 27"
(E) - 56% - 21"

Less than a full complement of trains wa reviewed in this period due primarily to programmed trackwork and weather problems on the routes of the Crescent, Cardinal, and Pennsylvanian.

Services which showed improvement in both measured categories included the westbound BUF corridor, the eastbound Capitol Limited and DET Corridor, the northbound City of New Orleans, and both directions of the Lake Shore Limited and the Crescent. However, none of the last named services topped 15% OT.

Of the 78 trains which were more than 2' late, the Lake Shore Limited Capitol Limited, Crescent, and eastbound Texas Eagle (on the STL Corridor) accounted for 56 (72%).
In spite of the Texas Eagle, this was the best performance for the STL Corridor in the last 20 periods of review.

On a positive note, the total number of delay minutes has dropped by 15, 713 (261.9 hours) in the last 4 periods of review. Perhaps we are starting to see
some effective corrective action to eliminate the avoidable delays.
