#55 (06) terminated at Trenton NJ.
#56 (06) lost an hour between Stamford and Bridgeport.
All downhill from there. Was 2:40 late out of WRJ.

Downeaster resuming full train service Brunswick to Boston on Tuesday 11/7.

Talk about the worst delays! 92 Silver Star expected to be eight hours late to BAL. 3:53pm arrival time, now expected to arrive at midnight.
I ride the (MTA Maryland) Penn Line (between Odenton and Baltimore). I used to work for MTA Maryland's IT department, and out of professional courtesy my responses may be limited. Wikimapia is wonderful (for track/interlocking locations)!

CSX "allowed" a motorist to leave his/her motor vehicle on the track near Kissimee and train 92 ran into it.

NS Meltdown? #30 (10) took a 2 hour hit CLE-ALC, #29 3 hours SKY-TOL #49 about 2 hours same area.
The 30 to 42 connection was missed by an hour in PGH and 42 is currently 30 minutes late, having lost 40 minutes LAB-JST.

Does anybody know why:

A. #59 (14th) southbound City of New Orleans on the 15th AM lost 3' 05" MEM to Greenwood; and

B. #22 (14th) eastbound Texas Eagle on the 15th AM Ar. STL 31" early and Dp. 55" late?

That track is no longer CSX owned. Belongs to the FL DOT for SunRail. That intersection of road and RR is under construction for the double tracking of the single track for Sun Rail extension to Poinciana road from Sand Lake. Just speculation but maybe the construction may have had something to do with it. Cannot check crossing closing but maybe driver tried to cross over closed crossing and got stuck ? Sun rail extension set to open sometimes in middle 2018 .

Does anybody know why:

A. #22 (17th) eastbound Texas Eagle lost 2' 45" on the AM of the 18th from sTL to Alton; and

B. #307 (18th) shows no information for the trip except 5' 49" late Arv. STL???

Some of you may have noticed that when you attempt to load the maps, et al, it sometimes takes too long. To counter that I've instituted another domain: statusmaps.com . This address will forward to the proper destination, which can change depending upon network conditions. So for any bookmarks that contain the following character strings:

dixielandsoftware.com
dixielandsoftware.net
statusmaps.net

you should use statusmaps.com instead. This new domain is located with the same web services company as the normal destination, so it should make loading the web pages better.

Late track work on the Bush River Bridge affected Amtrak and some MARC trains this morning.

It's probably the latter. They were able to get Amtrak 67 through to pick up everyone north of Martin's State Airport but had to start a few Perryville trains down at MSA.

Does anybody know why:

A. Wolverine #353 (30th) Dp. Pontiac 1' 30" late; and

B. Why #22 eastbound Texas Eagle consistently loses time at STL (#22 on AM of 30th Ar. 45" Early and Dp. 35" Late).

NEC Regional 67 broke down around Edgewood and it's delaying MARC and Amtrak trains as they're having to sneak around it. Delays up to 30 minutes.
