Radio freqs in central NJ

Postby hioo1 » Fri Feb 18, 2005 1:25 pm

Hey guys, I was wanting to know if any of you guys have good list of frequencies for central NJ, (I live next to the CSX west trenton line) I love taking pictures of the trains as they go by, and I recently got a pro-82 at radioshack, so I am looking for some good active radio frequencies for around here, since I don't feel like programing the 100 channels into it and only having 5 be actively used. What do you guys suggest?

P.S. I also frequent the NJ coast so I try and montior the NJ coastline trains as well.

Trenton line operates on 160.980, up until PR Jct. North of thier, they switch over to CSAO North Jersey on 160.860. NEC is 160.010 and the Coast Line operates on 160.235 (along with the RVL) between Union and Bay Head.

This website has a lot of transportation frequencies. You just have to find the ones you need.
