Iowa Interstate Railroad?

Anyone here in the forums work for Iowa Interstate Railroad? Their starting pay is $16.00 an hour and then after training goes up to $20 an hour with a 3% increase every year or so. Not sure how many years, though. Is this good pay? What's it like working for them.
