CRRofPA becomes a division of the CNJ

Discussion of the CNJ (aka the Jersey Central) and predecessors Elizabethtown and Somerville, and Somerville and Easton, for the period 1831 to its inclusion in ConRail in 1976. The historical society site is here: http://www.jcrhs.org/

CNJ factoid: "Jan. 1, 1953 Central Railroad Company of Pennsylvania restores all property except the
Easton & Western Branch to the CNJ and becomes its Pennsylvania Division,
after the U.S. Supreme Court defeats a move to seek exemption from high
New Jersey taxes."
I gleaned this from http://www.prrths.com/newprr_files/Hagley/PRR1953.pdf

During the time it was the Central Railroad Company of Pennsylvania, reporting marks "CRP," were any locomotives transferred from the CNJ to the CRP, or did they all remain CNJ?
