What RR line parallells I-59 in eastern Louisiana?

Noticed a swing bridge near Pearl River (north of Slidell) on what appeared to be a well used RR line on the west side of I-59. Bridge itself looked not to have been opened lately, looking at google maps the waterway is not labeled but it doesn't look like it's navagable enough for something that tall to use it.

Looks like maybe it runs up to Meridian MS but apparently is not Meridian Southern.
