What is U.P currently doing with ex. CNW F7B's? There is a photo of 315 on

Based on this web-site's information (no idea if its accurate...) http://www.thedieselshop.us/UP.HTML they are not on the roster.
So, mostly they are owned by someone else who has not yet removed them.

As the caption states, that photo was taken at the Manufacturers Railway engine house. My guess would be Union Pacific does not own the locomotive.
