Postby Train-O » Mon May 16, 2011 11:57 am

Hi,
I would appreciate if someone could answer to the following question regarding the S.P's 'Overnight' Service:
What years was the 'Black' and 'Silver' color schemes used?
Thank you,
Ralph

IIRC The black and silver "Overnight" boxcars were used from 1946 to 1956, when the overall silver cars were introduced, at this point the black and silver cars basically disappeared from use.
