Are they still operating the PT98. I heard that the H71 on the Portland Secondary is very rare now. So do they interchange anymore?

No. Sadly Its over.....Interchanges are all at Scranton.. Usually there is a daily run out of Scranton to somewhere whether it is Carbondale or Mt. Pocono or Cresco..

Yes H71 north of Martin's Creek probably only runs 2-3 times a month to Portland for a customer near the wye.
