Discovered that by accident on Google while looking at maps following another post.

Rough Baldwin switcher, last two digits of cab number are 14, coupled to a 40' box car with no paint left and what may be a bay-window caboose. Photos date to June 2012.

Additionally if you pan northward (to your right) a bit a Northeastern caboose is visible in the R&N facilities.

That's the track that heads to and over the Susquehanna river bridge of the old Bloomsburg branch of the DL&W.
The Luzerne Susquehanna shop is a few blocks to the south via the left track, and they normally store engines in this area.

Here are two photos of the 2300 that happened to be parked there, on the exact same spot, when I passed by in June 2013:

Here is its history, it was Warner Sand and Gravel #14.

But that photo doesnt shed any light on who owns it or why its there..
The photo suggests its owned by the Luzerne & Susquehanna, but it could just be stored on L&S tracks.

Here are older photos of the same unit, from 2005:

It was said to belong to the Reading Company Technical & Historical Society then..
they dont seem to have a list of equipment on their webpage..not that I could find:

The Reading Company Technical & Historical Society does have a Baldwin:

But it is not the same unit as the one in this thread..
someone probably confused the two..

Found it! :)
It did once belong to the Reading Company Technical & Historical Society, but it doesn't now..

The unit is former Warner Sand & Gravel #14.
It currently belongs to the Allentown & Auburn Railroad.
It is currently with the ALLN in Topton PA..photo taken a week ago:

heck, there it is behind the 2300, visible in the second photo. I asked because no way R&N or L&S are using a Baldwin for anything.

Whatever it was doing at Pittston, looking at the recent Topton photo, it sure wasn't to get it cosmetically restored at the L&S shops!
EDIT: Is that red buildng with the white doors in both of Frank's pictures the L&S Shop?

Yes, the building at the very center of this map, just above the words "North Star".
