I caught the Lake Shore just past sunset last night at Big Nose Curve, Yosts:

As usual, good job. I have a lot of memories of that curve on freight trains, the cold in the winter and many good trips over the Mohawk. A few not so good too but most of them were very good.

Nice video. Good to see so many Amtrak cars in tow.

The things we do to get a photograph. I'm debating whether to watch the Delta Airlines Buffalo Bills charter from Fort Lauderdale tonight. It is the last 747 revenue flight before heading for the scrape yard out west. Currently skd for tonight-12/31 very close to midnight.......and zero degrees.

Noel, aren't you near FLL?

YUP and it ain't very cold here. Buffalo will be celebrating when they arrive, I am glad for them and hope they go a lot further.
