Intersecting Rail Routes With Texas Eagle Through Illionois

Postby XC Tower » Wed Jan 01, 2014 9:47 am

Hello,

I'm going to be riding the Texas Eagle soon. What other railways does the old "Alton" route cross and where?
Thank you for any help.

This is a map of all of Illinois railroads, it's a handy starting point but takes quite a while to load. Even just in Springfield you'll intersect with three or four, Illinois and Midland NS CN and possibly KCS as I recall.
Check out my photography from around the Finger Lakes. [url] http://joshua-house.artistwebsites.com/ ... +state/all[url/]
