Saw this Switcher outside of the Brookville locomotive shops thursday.Any idea what model it is?

A BL14 something, it has two 700 HP gen sets.
If Conductors are in charge, why are they promoted to be Engineer???

I heard that this went to and was painted and lettered for B.& P. BUFFALO and PITTSBURGH RR, a Genesee and Wyoming RR subsidiary. There is a fully painted photo of this loco in the October issue of railroad and railfan..
