The town of Orangetown recently installed a bridge over Route 303 (4 lane road) in Orangeburg. Another bridge is planned over the CSX Riverline (old NYC West Shore) in Orangeburg to complete the path from Blauvelt to the NY/NJ State Line in Tappan.

Some photos of the path and evidence of the Erie Railroad in Sparkill, NY

I did a bit of google searching but haven't found a good description of the extent of this rail-trail. Any hints for me? I want to add it to http://rutlandtrail.org/railtrails.cgi

Update: I found information here: http://orangetown.com/departments/parksrec
