Anacostia Rail (NYA) updates website

Anacostia Rail Holdings, NY&A's parent company, updated their website. Looks like they did some nice updating to NY&A's Customer list, maps, etc.
Annual carloadings are listed at 28,000 cars! Has business increased that much? Maybe all the aggregate, C&D and loads to BRT ?

Surprised to see 'victor team track' on that map. It seems to be an attempt at marketing one of the two lower montauk tracks next to the old phelps dodge site as a siding. Really not sure how someone would unload a car there. I imagine it will be even harder whenever the BQE bridge replacement begins.

So, let's see what rail-accessible sites are available and that the NY&A is helping to sell:

125 New South Road, Hicksville - former Ruco Polymer facility- Superfund site (ugh!)
271 Merritt Avenue, Wyandanch - former Amerigas facility
595 Rte 110, Farmingdale - former Amco Plastics facility
80 Emjay Boulevard, Brentwood - former Emjay Environmental Recycling facility
Epcal Freight Village - Calverton - Was this Metro Fuel? Apparently Metro went bankrupt in 2012 and was brought out by United Refining (or was it - United Metro Energy?). Well, there is other land for development in that area anyway.
38-20 Review Avenue, Long Island City - Was this Fresh Direct? Doesn't matter, need to build your own rail siding for this site.
Montebello Foods - 100 Varick Avenue East Williamsburg, Brooklyn - I'm not sure about this one.
Wellwood Siding - Rte 109, Lindenhurst - this seems to be an empty lot behind the F.J Neils Inter-Mares Trading Co (Household Goods apparently). Inter_Mares? Meh.
