LA&L 428 dedicated to Sergeant W. Wise

For those who watch the LA&L, pay special note to #428 which now is wearing plaques on both sides bearing the name "Sergeant W. Wise" in honor of the man who acted as legal counsel for the LA&L from day 1. He was instrumental in negotiating the aquisition of the original rail line from the Erie Lackawanna along with the associated regulatory bodies that have to be dealt with in the process. He continued to advise and support the LA&L along with several other area short lines and he is without a doubt greatly missed by his family and his professional associates.
