Delaware Lackawanna Railroad Excursion
The Erie Lackawanna Dining Car Preservation Society announces our "Pocono Express" First-Class Excursion on Sunday, November 8th. This trip will be a round-trip excursion from Scranton to East Stroudsburg, with several photo stops planned en route. Departure is
scheduled for 10:00AM. Featuring our restored Nickel Plate Road sleeping car City of Lima and restored heavyweight business car Lehigh Valley 353, trains will be powered by Delaware-Lackawanna power. The trip will depart from the State Parking Lot in Scranton (Lackawanna Ave. just beyond the Steamtown Mall). Continental breakfast and lunch will be served, and are
included in the ticket price.

All available tickets will be First Class seating, located inside the bedrooms and roomettes of City of Lima and LV 353. Tickets are $99 per
person.

We have approximately 20 tickets remaining for this trip. Tickets can be ordered online at the link in this listing.

We hope to see you onboard for this fun day out on the former DL&W/EL main line.
